Do I Have the Right to a Photograph of a Building I Took?

I'm pretty sure that you can't sell/give a picture to a company without permission from the thing in the picture (if that makes sense.) I would think that you'd definitely have to get permission from the building. The photo is yours to sell if the building is okay with it. It's not their place to profit on it because it's YOUR picture...you just need their OK.
