Need a little help for music college application?

Hi, Im trying to apply for music college. My best skill is clical piano. I can play songs such as Fantasie-Improptu, Chopin Nocturnes, Beethoven Pathetique Sonata, Clair De Lune, etc.. I know about 15 in all. However, I don't have these songs memorized. Would it be ok if I used sheet music in my application videos or would that be looked down upon?
