What are the step of getting a spiderbite piercing?

You can either get them both done at the same time or wait in between. I generally recommend waiting, but if my client wants them both at the same time I will do that too. It is up to you and your piercer. Your lip will swell more because of the two piercings, so I recommend getting captive bead rings instead of studs.
