I'm looking for a techno song.?

It doesn't have any lyrics. It's pretty ambient. It starts off with a countdown ("five, four, three, two, one") in a computerized voice, then it gets pretty funky with some deep deep laughter (think evil laughter) and some ting vocals (which sound almost like gargling). Yikes. Can anyone help?
