Is there a way to die your hair red/pink without having to bleach it?

ok, so i wanted to dye part of my bangs with a red/hot pink, I want to look more like a scene guy for the upcoming sadies dance... but I don't want to bleach my hair in order to do this. I have brown hair, somewhat light on top with natural highlights and darker brown on the bottom (i don't dye my hair but I str8n it everyday)... what products can i use? n could i buy them at Target/Walmart?
