Can i get approved for a car loan without a co signer?

i'm 19 years old and have a credit score of 636. ive been employed by my current employer for 1 year and have had previous employers. my parents damaged their credit and therefore have a terrible credit score so they can not co sign for me....what is the best and easiest way to get approved for a loan without a co signer if possible? PLEASE HELP ME!
