How to stretch my silver jeans?

I bought a pair of silvers at a thrift store, they are to tight but for 5 bucks i bought them, I can get them on but are kind of uncomfortable, I acn not stand to wear wet clothes so could I stuff them with lots of towels or something to stretch them, and also heard that ironing them while damp might work.Help they are like bran new and want to wear them this week-end
