I don't see a cohesive plan. Your food of today is bean and grain based or carbohydrates. If you wish to improve, purchase fresh fruit and vegetables. All the grain product plus the sugars and fried beans will make you feel unhealthy and lumpy. If you can get to a full service market, buy fresh produce and fresh fish and seafood. You will feel better immediately. Also, do some research. Make a shopping and eating list so you can shop once a week.
