How will you help/advice Nate Myles to overcome his embarrment or guilt as he gets back to playing footy?

Ok folks, we have heard the cliche "mud sticks". Nate Myles will have to live with a reputation, maybe a source of embarrment if occasionally reminded of the corridor antics. Indeed, after the "corridor incident" he went into hiding. What advice should be given to him to maintain his dignity and self-esteem as a fellow human being?
