I'm 13 and I think I have depression?
I know from experience that being a depressed teenager is a terrible situation. Everyone just thinks you're being dramatic, and hormonal just because you are a teenager. I don't think thats what is happeing with you. Please don't kill yourself. If you start to feel really anxious take some deep breaths, and try to figure out what is causing it. Once you figure out what it is, try to remember that you can get through whatever is causing it. I also recommend trying to focus more on the little good things in life, like a holiday coming up, a school break, or even something like going out to eat. I realize that changes like these don't make your life wonderful, but they make it managable, which is a good start.
