Big hoo ha over teenaged car insurance?

Depends on the insurance company. For instance, I'm insured under my moms car and not mine because it is cheaper for me to be insured under it. Our insurance company knows what we are doing and they don't even care, as long as I'm insured under a vehicle within my family, they are fine with it. It's really up to the insurance company.
