What kind of turtle/tortoise is this?

That is definitely a Russian tortoise. They are fairly easy to care for. Just make sure he/she has adequate heat and lights. About her beak, it does seem slightly long. My daughter and I have 2 box turtles and had a Greek tortoise in the past, when this happens with us, we go to the vet and they grind it down. It doesn't hurt them at all. If it gets too long, it can affect their eating..which might be the problem with her. She looks like she's in good shape overall, though.
