Do people really get high off of 5/500 vicodin?

Growing up, i allways heard stories about people getting "high" off vicodin. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and they gave me hydrocodone/acetam 5/500 mg. that cant be right?!?! i dont know how many pills people usually ingest, but the hydrocodone/acetam ratio seems ridiculous. cant someone overdose from like 2500 mg of tylenol? btw, im just curious and bored. not that it matters, but I AM NOT thinking of abusing pills.
