My COMPUTER sounds not working?

I Just formated my PC doo to some stupid problem and now everythings workin fine but its telling me something about no audio device.....i have Sound blaster Audiogy 2 and it was working just fine before i formated it and when i try to reinstal it its saying i need a cd rom but i didnt need one before....i tried shutting it down and and moving the sound card to a different slot but when i turn my computer back on its telling me a new hardware found but i cant complete da instalation.......Any one Knows whats the problem and how i can fix it????? i would love to listen to some music again.....
