Opinions about 2 Fantasy Football Trades?

The first trade is a wash, Brandon Jacobs will get more PTS than both those guys (baltimore switches between 3 rbs every game) but i guess its fair . the other one i guess it seems fair walter cud have a great year and if wesbtrook stays healthy all 16 games there might not be a better fantasy back, but thats a big IF
